Kashmiri Roast Potatoes
1 kg Potatoes, peeled, boiled, and drained (prepared to roast)
2 tsp Kashmiri Masala Paste
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Cumin Seed, lightly crushed *

Heat the oil in a roasting tray and blend in the masala paste and cumin seed. Add the poatoes, season well, and roast as normal.
