All of the Curry Packs we deliver are still made lovingly by hand, fresh to order. At certain peak times, this means there can be slight delays. We do our very best to deliver your order as quickly possible and guarantee to process all orders ready for dispatch within 3 - 5 working days.
We hate to see people disappointed when they do not get their curry mixes in time for their dinner party, birthday meal or birthday present. For this reason, we encourage all customers to order sufficiently in advance, allowing plenty of time for the delivery to arrive. The mixes keep very well (4 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer!) so they won’t go off in the meantime.
If you need the order for a certain date, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make sure your order arrives in time.
Unfortunately, occasional delays with deliveries do occur, due to problems locating a property, problems with the delivery route and adverse weather conditions. We appreciate how frustrating it can be when you are expecting a delivery and things do not go to plan. Whilst these delays are out of our control, if you need any help with your order or would like more information we are more than happy to help make sure you receive your order as smoothly as possible.
We send our Curry Packs all over the world, so even if your order has been delayed for a few days, it will still be fit for consumption. However, if you have any doubts please do get in touch.

For UK and EU Zone orders, there is a large 30kg weight limit, so you can order all you want. Here are a few suggestions for making sure you get the most for your money when ordering online:

We use a third party courier company (Interlink and DPD) for all our UK and Europe Zone orders. We have this service so that once made, the mixes get to you in the freshest possible state. Not only does this mean you can order much more for your money (up to 30kg!), it also means that you (and we) can track the order from when it leaves us to when it arrives with you, providing better security and peace of mind.
When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email detailing your order. Please check this thoroughly. If there are any mistakes with the delivery address this can lead to delays with your order and you may be charged for any additional postage costs.
Parcels sent via our courier will require a signature on delivery. To avoid delays, please ensure there will be someone in to sign for the delivery, or send to a work address, friend or family member where you know there will be someone in to receive it.
Alternatively, contact the courier via the email you will receive to let them know of a safe place the parcel can be left. A signature is then not required.
Permission to leave the parcel on a property must come from you as the recipient, rather than us. If you decide to have the parcel left, it is left at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the parcel.
UK only: Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will get an email or text message with an estimated delivery day and options of re-arranging your delivery. You will then get a following message on the day of delivery detailing a one hour delivery window. If you know there will be no one in for delivery you can contact the courier to arrange for the parcel to be delivered on a different day, left in a secure location, with a neighbour, or collected from the nearest depot. This can be done via the link in the delivery email or via text message.
If you would like to send the order to someone else, please provide us with an email/mobile number (if possible), which can be used to send them notifications about the parcel delivery time.
If you miss the delivery, you will be left a card/sent an email or text message detailing how you can re-arrange delivery.
If you have missed your delivery and fail to respond to the courier’s message (via card, email or text) to re-arrange delivery, your order may be returned to us. If this is the case, you will have to cover the cost of the second delivery if you would like it re-sending.
