A Fernandez family favourite, this comforting curry evokes memories of Rafi’s home-cooking. A beloved blend that boasts warming flavours from a mix of savoury and aromatic spices alongside curry leaves and star anise.

Our versatile Homestyle Curry is a delicious treat that will match your tastes and your favourite meat, fish or vegetables. Let this dish take you home.

Please note: Due to shortages of fresh ingredients some of our products may be made using dry ingredients (chilli powder & dry curry leaves) - this will not affect the flavour of your Curry Packs.

Try it with: Chicken, paneer (Indian cheese) or mix of roast vegetables.

Shelf life & storage: The mix will last for up to 4 weeks in a fridge and for six months in a freezer. Once cooked the food will last for 2 days in a fridge and up to one month in a freezer.

  1. Empty the pack into a pan with 300ml water and 60g creamed coconut (if desired). Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1kg ingredients of your choice and 400g (tin) chopped tomatoes (if desired). Mix well, cover and gently cook.
  3. Adjust salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
