Piyaz Gobhi (Medium)
An onion and cabbage dish with earthy, warming spices.
Shelf life & storage: The mix will last for up to 4 weeks in a fridge and for six months in a freezer. Once cooked the food will last for 2 days in a fridge and up to one month in a freezer.
Ingredients: Spices, Asafoetida (Rice Flour, Gum Arabic, Asafoetida, Turmeric), MUSTARD, Fresh Curry Leaves.
Allergens: Contains MUSTARD
Gobhi Matar (Medium)
A wonderful pea and cauliflower side dish flavoured with aromatic spices. This is a great partner to any curry but is also lovely and tasty served as a main with dhal and rice.
Shelf life & storage: Store in a cool dark place, the pack will last for 6 months.
Ingredients: Spices, Garlic Flakes, Chilli powder.
Chana Masala (Medium)
A traditional chickpea street food, which is popular in Rajasthan and Gujarat. The chickpeas are cooked in a thick, tangy tomato sauce, making a tasty dry side dish for any curry.
Shelf life & storage: Store in a cool place, the pack will last for 6 months.
Ingredients: Garlic Flakes, Spices, Asafoetida (Rice Flour, Gum Arabic, Asafoetida, Turmeric), Chilli powder.
