Thai Taste Pea Aubergines

Thai Taste was formed in 2000 by a group of individuals passionate about Thailand and Thai cuisine. Their aim is to provide authentic and healthy products containing only fresh, premium ingredients.

Pea aubergines are a popular and traditional ingredient in Thai curries but they can also be used in stir-fries or soups. They burst when chewed, releasing a subtle, bitter flavour and a unique texture. As well as Thai cuisine, they can also be found in some Lau and Jamaican dishes. To add to the mystique of this unusual ingredient, it is reported that pea aubergine fruits have even been used in Haitian Voodoo rituals!
