Vermicelli noodles are a very thin form of rice noodles. They are made from a paste of rice flour and water which is then steamed and dried. An essential part of Thai cuisine, these noodles are ideal for soups and stir fries. To cook, simply soak in boiling water. Included on the pack are cooking instructions and a simple recipe for a Thai Noodle Salad.
