Yellow mustard seeds with a subtle flavour and milder taste than the black variety.


Indian cooking usually uses black mustard seeds for their stronger flavour, but yellow mustard seeds can be used to make a fantastic wholegrain mustard, far superior to shop-bought efforts. Soak them in white wine vinegar to create a delicious condiment.
