Lee's Red Cabbage Slaw
This is a recipe I developed in the summer months to add a refreshing crunch to your meal.
- Combine the cabbage, red onion, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
- Gently heat the olive oil then fry the curry leaves and cumin seeds for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Allow this to cool then pour it over the onion and cabbage.
- Stir everything together, and you're done!
This dish is best left for a few hours at room temperature before serving.
