Lee's Red Cabbage Slaw

This is a recipe I developed in the summer months to add a refreshing crunch to your meal.

Lee's Red Cabbage Slaw


  1. Combine the cabbage, red onion, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Gently heat the olive oil then fry the curry leaves and cumin seeds for 1 minute or until fragrant.
  3. Allow this to cool then pour it over the onion and cabbage.
  4. Stir everything together, and you're done!

This dish is best left for a few hours at room temperature before serving.
