Delivery

All of our Curry Packs are lovingly made by hand, which means there can be slight delays at certain peak times. We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and aim to dispatch within 2 – 4 working days. Please note, deliveries are usually made Monday - Friday.

Rest of the World:

We are currently unable to send to several overseas countries due to shipping restrictions. If your country is not listed please get in touch to discuss potential shipping options.

All of the international parcels are at risk of customs fees and import charges, these will be charged to the recipient and they vary from country to country. This includes the USA, Canada, and the Rest of the World.

Free P&P:

Only available for UK Mainland delivery. Orders must be over £50, after any discounts have been applied.

Delivery terms and conditions:

  • Rafi’s Spicebox cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred due to incorrect information given at the time of order.
  • Parcels left in a safe place are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the parcel.
  • If you have missed your delivery and fail to respond to the courier’s message (via card, email or text) to re-arrange delivery, your order may be returned to us. If this is the case, you will have to cover the cost of the second delivery if you would like it re-sending.
  • Please contact us directly if you are unable to contact your courier or need any assistance with your delivery as we are always happy to investigate the situation for you.
