Delivery Charges

All of our Curry Packs are still made lovingly by hand, fresh to order. This means at certain peak times there can be slight delays. We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and guarantee to have all orders ready for dispatch within 3 – 5 working days.

UK Mainland (Max 30KG):

FREE postage for all UK orders over £40 (after any applied discounts).

On orders below £40 there is a charge of £5.95.

Your order will be shipped securely via courier. Please allow 2 days for delivery. This is a signed for delivery and can be tracked. To rearrange your delivery, please get in touch with the courier via the details provided in your confirmation email.

Please note, for Highlands and Islands, please allow 3 days for delivery, once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer deliveries to arrive at the weekend. (So if your order is dispatched on a Friday it may not be with you until the following Monday).

BFPO:

BFPO orders under £40 will incur the standard UK mainland charge of £5.95. These orders will be shipped via Royal Mail, and should be with you within 7 working days after dispatch.

Europe Zone (30 KG):

For Europe Zone orders, postage is £14.95. Your order will be sent by courier, it will require a signature on delivery and can be tracked. ALL EU orders require a contact telephone number before we can dispatch.

Please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery, once the order has been dispatched.

USA & Canada - £30 (Max 5kg)

Delivery to the USA & Canada is £30

If your order exceeds 5kg we will get in touch to discuss delivery options (additional charges may apply).

Rest of the World:

If your country is not listed above, please get in touch for delivery options.

Australia and New Zealand:

Unfortunately due to new customs policies within Australia and New Zealand, we are no longer able to send our mixes to these countries. If you have placed an order recently we will offer you a full refund. We will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully we will be able to start again soon.
