Delivery

All of our Curry Packs are lovingly made by hand, fresh to order. This means at certain peak times there can be slight delays. We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and guarantee to have all orders ready for dispatch within 2 – 4 working days.

2 European Destinations (Zone 1):

European destinations require a contact number in the relevant country.

4 Rest of the world:

All other destinations should be available via the Royal Mail Rest of the World service. If your country is not listed please contact us.

Rest of the World destinations require an email address for tracking information to be sent.

We are unable to send to Australia and New Zealand due to the customs policies.

We will contact you if there are any issues with your chosen destination. Some destinations may not be available.

5 Up to 2kg - (Rest of the world):

Up to 5kg may be sent to USA or Canada via FedEx at an extra cost, depending on location. Please contact us for details. Not all locations are available.

6 Delivery Times:

Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. Weekend postage may be available for Mainland UK orders at an additional costs. Please contact us for details.

Delivery:

We use a third party courier company for all our Mainland UK and Europe Zone orders.

  • Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Please check this immediately to avoid any delays due to errors. Rafi’s Spicebox cannot be held responsible for additional costs incurred due to incorrect information given at the time of order.
  • Parcels sent via courier require a signature on delivery. If you are not going to be available to sign upon delivery you may contact the courier to arrange that the parcel is left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or at a local collection point. Alternatively a calling card will be left and re-delivery will be attempted the following day.
  • Parcels left in a safe place are the responsibility of the customer and we will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur to the parcel.
  • Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer Saturday deliveries without an additional surcharge. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us for costs.
  • Our standard delivery is Monday to Friday (if your order is dispatched on a Friday it should be received the following Monday).
  • If you have missed your delivery and fail to respond to the courier’s message (via card, email or text) to re-arrange delivery, your order may be returned to us. If this is the case, you will have to cover the cost of the second delivery if you would like it re-sending.
  • Please contact us directly if you are unable to contact your courier or need any assistance with your delivery as we are always happy to investigate the situation for you.
  • If you would like to send the order to someone else, please provide us with an email/mobile number (if possible), which can be used to send them notifications about the parcel delivery time.

UK Mainland only:

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will get an email or text message (if you have provided a mobile number at checkout) with an estimated delivery day and options of rearranging your delivery.
  • If you have provided your mobile number you will receive a text message on the day of delivery detailing a one hour delivery window (this service is only available via text message).
