    Create an account / login.

Navigate to the top right webpage and click on 'My Account'. Enter your email address; you will be sent a 6 digit log in code. Enter this in the confirmation box to log in and register. No passwords are used or stored making it easy and secure to login each time via the 6 digit code.

Problems logging in with the 6 digit code? Sometimes there are localized device issues, please try the following to see if it revolves the issue:

    • Try using a different browser, device or internet connection.
    • Try using Incognito Mode in case any extensions or settings are interfering.

If the problem persists you can check out as a Guest or give us a call and we can place the order manually.

Do I have to create an account?

Creating an account isn't compulsory and you can checkout as a guest.

    Do you offer trade accounts?

If you're looking for a supplier for your farm shop, deli or butcher, Rafi's can also offer trade accounts. Please email order@spicebox.co.uk for more info.

    Payment and Delivery

    Is there a minimum order?

We don't have a minimum spend requirement before you can order our curry packs. Order one or one hundred! For overseas orders, we would recommend ordering no more than twelve mixes at a time as this allows us to keep the postage costs down to a reasonable level for you.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We aim to dispatch orders in 2-3 working days (this can increse during busy periods). For orders within the UK, please allow 1 - 2 working days from our dispatch e-mail for your order to be delivered. For international orders please contact us for details.
During busier periods orders may take longer to reach you.

How should I store the Curry Packs?

Most Rafi's Curry Packs can be stored in a cool dark place with a minimum 4 months shelf life. The exceptions to this are our three Thai mains, our Malay Rendang, Red Cabbage Slaw, Spring Onion and Mint Chutney, Gujarati Greens and Beetroot Raita. If you're not sure when you'll be cooking with them, we would advise you to freeze them on the day they arrive, which then leaves you up to six months to make a cracking curry! Check your pack for more information.
