We make every effort to ensure your order arrives to you in the best possible
condition, and aim to package every order securely to avoid any damages.
During delivery, if you request for the parcel to be left in a ‘secure location’,
it is left at your own risk. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that
occurs to the parcel at this point.
We aim to keep all our stock online up to date but on occasion there can be some
discrepancies with products. If for whatever reason a product is unavailable, we
will offer you an alternative or a full refund on the product ordered.
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of
receiving the parcel.
Depending on the specific order, you will either be offered a refund or a replacement.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to give credit for future purchases.
If there are any minor damages, we will organise for the item to be picked up and
sent back to us. Once we have received the item, we will send out a replacement
or provide a refund.
If an item is badly damaged (e.g. a jar has completely smashed), we ask that you
take a photograph of the item to accompany your claim. From here, we will assess
the situation and provide replacements or refunds where necessary.
If when your order arrives and you can tell before opening the box that there has
been extensive damage during shipping, please ‘Refuse’ the package. It will
then be sent back to us and we will organise a replacement/refund.
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, we will happily organise collection
and, once it has arrived back with us (sealed, and in good condition), the correct
item will be shipped out.
Refunds on any promotional items will be subject to the price at the time of the
Curry Packs Guarantee:
All our Curry Packs are handmade, fresh to order. Because of the nature of the
products used there can be some variation. We do however do regular checks of
the mixes to try and keep everything consistent.
We really believe in the quality of our Curry Packs, so if for any reason you are
unsatisfied with your mix, please get in touch to discuss it and we will
happily replace the mix with a new one!
