Goan Green Curry Pack

Serves: 4 – 6 Vegan Vegan

The southern state of Goa is famous for using lots of herbs and coconut, and that’s what this curry is all about! It’s fresh, light, and best served with a squeeze of tangy lime and plenty of chopped herbs.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This Curry Pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Chicken or white fish for a traditional Goan Green curry, or throw in mixed roast vegetables.

  1. Empty the pack into a pan and toast the spices on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 300ml water and 400ml of coconut milk, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 1kg ingredients of your choice, mix well and simmer until cooked.
  4. Add juice of half a lime, and add fresh coriander to taste.
  5. Season and garnish with finely chopped spring onion.


Curry Paste (Water, (Rapeseed Oil (with Anti-Foaming Agent -(Dimethylpolysiloxane)), White Wine Vinegar, Coriander Powder, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Ground Spices, Dried Coriander Leaf, Dried Mint Leaf, Food Acids: Citric Acid), Onions (Onions, Vegetable Oil, WHEAT Flour, Salt), Garlic Flakes, Spices, Coconut, Fresh Chilli, Fresh Curry Leaves.


Contains: WHEAT Flour.

It should be noted that this pack may contain traces of PEANUTS, NUTS, SESAME SEEDS, SOYA, MUSTARD, CELERY, SULPHITES, MILK and other CEREALS containing GLUTEN due to possible cross-contamination.
