Thai Yellow Curry Pack

Serves: 4 – 6 Vegan Vegan

The Thai Yellow contains a complex combination of spices and lemongrass that create a rich and fragrant sauce. More subtle than the Thai Red and Green curries, but equally as yummy!


Storage Information: Store in the fridge on delivery. This Curry Pack will last 3 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.

Try it with: Courgettes, broad beans, carrots and baby sweetcorn, or a delicious mix of seafood such as prawns, mussels and squid.

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with a 400ml tin of coconut milk and 300ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover and gently simmer until almost cooked.
  3. Add 1 tsp sugar and juice of 1 lime. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until full cooked
  4. Season with salt, to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.

Curry Paste (Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Shallot, Galangal, Dried Red Chilli, Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cardamon, Nutmeg), Onions (Onions, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Corn Starch), Lemongrass, Desiccated Coconut, Garlic Flakes (E220, SULPHITES), Turmeric, Star Anise, Spices.
