South Devon Chilli Farm's Chilli Chocolate (Honeycomb)

This Honeycomb Chilli Chocolate is slightly milder than the rest of the chilli chocolate range. It is a delicious blend of Belgian plain chocolate, South Devon chillies and sweet, chunky bits of honeycomb. South Devon Chilli farm developed this recipe with the help of Oreston Primary School in Plymouth and the Youth Enterprise Team (YET), and it's now one of their bestsellers.

Ingredients: Chocolate (74%): (of which Cocoa Solids 60% minimum, Sugar, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Flavouring: Natural Vanilla), Dried Devon- Grown Chilli (1%), Honeycomb (13%): (made from Sugar, RICE Flour, Glucose Syrup, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate).
