Lee's Indian Sabbatical

At the end of this month we say bon voyage to Lee as he takes some time out to travel back to India and beyond for a few months. We wish him the best of luck on his adventure and look forward to getting updates, photos and lots of foodie inspiration!

“My Indian Sabbatical has been in the planning for a number of years now. We are now finally in a place where I can take a step out for a while. I really want to immerse myself in Indian life, not just from a food point of view. I am travelling to my favourite destination from a culinary point of view (South India). My Father’s side of the family all originate from Kerela, where the food is very simple and incredibly fresh. I can't wait to try all of the amazing dhals, sambhars and vegetable dishes. I hope to come back with plenty of inspiration to help drive the business creatively when I return.” - Lee
