Aloo Chaat (Potato Snack)

We love these chaats (snacks) here at the Spicebox: they're a staff lunch staple!

Serves: 4-6 | Ready in: 30 | Suitable for vegetarians

Aloo Chaat (Potato Snack)

Instructions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 240c/gas 9.

2. Put the potatoes on a large roasting tray, drizzle over the oil and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes (stirring after 15 minutes) until they are cooked through and starting to crisp up.

3. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool.

4. Mix the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Adjust to taste by adding more chaat masala and/or salt.

5. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh coriander.
