Rafi's Mixed Pickle

Want more of a kick? Follow Rafi’s top tips for making your curry hotter.

We suggest eating a strong pickle alongside your curry to add some heat. Try one of our Hot Pickles or Chutneys to add some more heat to your curry. We recommend the Hot Lime Pickle for a tantalizing taste to complement any of our Curry Packs

You can add some fresh chilli or chilli powder to your curry, but we recommend cooking it for at least another 15 - 20 minutes to distribute the flavour and heat evenly. Of course, if you’re feeling brave, garnish with thinly sliced raw chilli for added heat.

We know how important heat preferences are and that’s why you can make any of our Curry Packs as mild or as hot as you’d like - check out our Curry Packs

We’d love to hear if these tips have helped you in the kitchen. Let us know your feedback on our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We love to see your curry creations, so please send us your foodie photos across.
