Chicken Tikka Kebabs
Make chicken tikka kebabs using Rafi's Tikka Marinade.

Serves: 4 - 6 Ready in: 30 minutes
Introduction
Skewers of chicken pieces marinated with Rafi’s Tikka Marinade.
Rafi’s Hand-blended Tikka Marinade is delicate and warming with a balanced blend of aromatic and savoury spices.
Prepare ahead of time so you just need to pop them onto the BBQ to cook.
Ingredients
Serves 4 - 6 |
5 tbsp Rafi's Tikka Marinade |
500g chicken thigh fillets |
100g natural yoghurt |
1 lemon |
Salt to taste |
Instructions

In a bowl mix the Rafi’s Tikka Masala with the yoghurt.

Add the chicken and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly, so the chicken is full coated. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Thread the chicken onto skewers.

Cook in the oven, on an oiled grill tray, at 220C. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes, turning half way through, until fully cooked.

Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
