Grilled Lamb Chops
Easy recipe for cooking under the grill or barbequing.

Introduction
A super easy to make for BBQs or mid-week cooking under the grill.
Serve with some salad and a fresh chutney like our Spring Onion and Mint Chutney.
Ingredients
Serves 4 |
| Handful of fresh mint |
| 1 inch fresh ginger |
| 1 inch Cinnamon |
| 1 tsp Coriander Seeds |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 tsp Fennel Seeds |
| 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder |
| 1 tsp Garam Masala |
| 1 tsp Turmeric |
| 1 tbsp oil |
| 1 tbsp water |
| 8 lamb chops |
| 2 tbsp lemon juice |
Instructions
- Using a coffee grinder, blitz together the first 11 ingredients, with to form a smooth paste.
- Spread this marinade over both sides of the lamb and leave in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Just before cooking pour over the lemon juice, and leave for 5 minutes.
- Cook under a hot grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking and charred on the outside.
