Lime Chutney Chicken
A simple BBQ recipe using our Lime Chutney.

Introduction
Our sweet, sour and spicy Lime Chutney works brilliantly with yoghurt as a marinade. We have used chicken drumsticks for this recipe as it adds a mouth-watering glaze and is super simple to make.
If you'd like to add more heat, stir some chilli powder into the marinade.
Ingredients
Serves 4 |
3 tbsp Rafi's Lime Chutney |
3 tbsp natural yoghurt |
500g chicken drumsticks |
Salt to taste |
Instructions
- Mix the yoghurt and chutneys together, chopping up any larger pieces in the chutneys if you want a smoother marinade.
- Score the chicken legs two or three times.
- Cover the chicken legs in the marinade and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
- For best results, barbecue, or cook in the oven at gas 6, 180°C, for 45-50 minutes.
