Tandoori Vegetable Skewers
Use Rafi's Tandoori Marinade to make these paneer and vegetable skewers.

Introduction
Paneer and vegetables marinated in yoghurt and Rafi's Tandoori Marinade. A wonderful vegetarian alternative to Tandoori chicken.
Ingredients
Serves 4 - 6 |
250g paneer (cubed) |
250g vegetables (peppers, red onion, courgette) |
5 tbsp Rafi's Tandoori Marinade |
100g natural yoghurt |
Salt to taste |
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together the yoghurt, Rafi's Tandoori Marinade and a pinch of salt.
- Add in the paneer and vegetables, mix well and leave to marinate for at least half an hour.
- Thread the ingredients onto skewers (if using wooden skewers it is best to soak them in water before using them, to help stop them burning during cooking).
- Cook the skewers either under a hot grill or on a BBQ for 15 -20 minutes, turning once each side is charred.
