Bhuna Curry Pack (Serves 2 - 3)

Dry in consistency and strong in taste, the Bhuna is best served with chapattis. Traditionally, it would also be served with dhal to add some moisture to your meal.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This Curry Pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Lamb, chicken or roasted aubergine and chickpeas.

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with 175ml water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 500g of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook.
  3. (Optional) This curry should be fairly dry. To achieve this, simmer uncovered for the last 10 minutes to let the excess fluids evaporate.
  4. Adjust salt and garnish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.
