Cooking Instructions (4-6)

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with 300ml water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook.
  3. Remove the lid and simmer for the final 10 minutes of cooking.
  4. Season with salt, to taste and garnish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.

  2. Add 500g of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover, and gently cook.
  3. Remove the lid and simmer for the final 10 minutes of cooking.
  4. Season with salt, to taste and garnish with chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves.

I'm a regular user of Rafi's - and we absolutely love the Bhuna either with chicken or as a treat with Monkfish. I hadn't realised that I'd run out and called the main shop to see if they could arranged next Day Delivery - which would mean it would arrive on a Saturday. They very kindly offered to look in to this as post doesn't normally arrive after 1pm at the weekends. They were really prompt in calling me back to say it would be possible for it to arrive Next Day - which it did. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the EXCELLENT SERVICE & CURRY

Bhuna heaven

So easy to make these curries, I used Chicken as our main ingredient. The smell ant taste of this curry was awesome just like being in a restaurant, delicious 👍
