EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page or contact us at order@spicebox.co.uk. You must clearly state your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.
Once you submit a withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Please keep this for your records.
Returns - After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds - We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Any Curry Pack/Spice Mix that requires refrigeration (Beetroot Raita/Tarka Yoghurt/Malay Rendang and Thai Curry Packs)
