Gujarati Greens

Serves: 2 – 4 as a side Vegan Vegan

A simple and quick stir fry with coconut and curry leaves. Obviously, this is smashing with green beans, but runner beans or even sprouting broccoli works really well.

Please note this pack is made with fresh curry leaves.

Storage instructions: Store in the fridge on delivery. This pack will last 4 weeks in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, then add 250g finely sliced runner beans or other greens and the contents of the pack.
  2. Stir fry over a high heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 2 tbsp water, stir well and allow the water to evaporate.
  4. Repeat this process until the beans are tender.
  5. Season to taste and serve.
