Kebab Masala

This special spice blend has been created for Meatballs, Koftas or Burgers. Mix it with mince to create flavourful kebabs.

Makes 6 burgers.

Please note: This mix can only be made medium

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life.

Try it with: Lamb or beef mince.

1. Empty the pack into a bowl with 500g minced lamb or beef, 1 egg and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix and squeeze together, as if kneading bread, for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Split the mixture into 6 burger patties or kebab skewers.
4. Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
5. Cook on a BBQ or grill for 5 - 6 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
