Kebab Masala Spice Mix
Make your own koftas (meatballs), kebabs or burgers at home with Rafi’s Kebab Masala Spice Mix.
Aromatic, citrus and earthy flavours from the spices give this Spice Mix its distinctive taste.
This is Rafi’s version of a seekh kebab recipe which we have simplified into only a few easy steps. Simply add the Spice Mix to a bowl with your chosen mince, combine, shape then leave to rest until cooking time.
This Spice Mix was added to our menu to offer a lighter alternative during the summer months. It is perfect for cooking on the BBQ and serving in wraps or burger buns with a fresh carrot salad.
Try it with: mince beef or mince lamb.

Cooking Instructions
- Empty the pack into a bowl with 500g minced lamb or beef, 1 egg and a pinch of salt.
- Mix and squeeze together, as if kneading bread, for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Split the mixture into 6 burger patties or kebab skewers.
- Chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Cook on a BBQ or grill for 5 - 6 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
