Madras Curry Pack

Serves: 4 – 6 Vegan Vegan

A South Indian classic that's packed with warming spices, such as mustard and peppercorns, and finished with tomatoes. The perfect comfort food.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This Curry Pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Minced beef for a traditional Kheema Madras, or make a filling vegetarian stew by adding peas and sweet potatoes.

  1. Empty the contents of the pack into a pan with 300ml water, 400g (tin) chopped tomatoes, 1tsp sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Add 1kg of ingredients of your choice. Mix well, cover and gently simmer until the ingredients are cooked.
  3. Season with salt, to taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
