Patia Curry Pack (Serves 2 - 3)

A delicate and fresh Parsi dish with herbs and jaggery. The perfect dish for Summer evenings!

Adding mint sauce, fresh mint and tangy lemon juice really help to make this light dish truly sing.

Storage Information: Store in cool dark place. This Curry Pack has a minimum 3 months shelf life or can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Try it with: Firm white fish or prawns.

  1. Empty the pack into a pan and toast the spices on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add 175ml water, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add 500g ingredients of your choice, mix well, cover, and gently cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add 2 fresh chopped tomatoes, lemon juice to taste and 1/4 tsp mint sauce.
  5. Open and gently simmer until cooked. Season to taste and garnish with mint leaves.

Curry Paste (Rapeseed Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Ginger, Cumin, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Paprika, Fennel, Cinnamon, Mint, Chilli, Ajwain), Jaggery (Concentrated Sugarcane Juice, Preservative: Sodium Hydrogen SULPHITE), Onions (Onions, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Corn Starch), Garlic Flakes (E220, SULPHITES), Methi Leaves, Coriander/Cumin Powder, Spices.
