Patia Curry Pack
Cook Rafi’s version of this fresh Parsi recipe at home in as little as 20 minutes. This Curry Pack is our go-to curry for using fish.
Rafi’s Patia (also known as Pathia) is a delicate and fresh recipe, which creates a light sauce that's perfect for Summer evenings.
Adding mint sauce, fresh mint and tangy lemon juice really helps to make this recipe sing.
The Parsi community descend from Persia where herbs are widely used throughout their cuisine. This recipe is often cooked for an auspicious event and served with yellow rice and a lentil (dhal) recipe.
In Rafi’s ‘Great Indian recipe’ cookbook, she makes a version of the Patia with prawns. Seafood is eaten in abundance on the west coast of India, making prawns the perfect ingredient for this Parsi recipe.
Try it with: fish/prawns or spring vegetables.

Patia Curry Pack
Great spice mixes, just add meat and veg and you have a great curry, I roast off peppers, onions and a courgette, use the tikka seasoning to marinade the meat over night. Also add a few birds eye chillies for a little kick 👌👌👌
Fabulous taste with authentic ingrediants
Delicious and easy to make.
I love this. Great for left over turkey
