Balti Curry Pack
Cook Rafi’s version of this popular restaurant curry at home in as little as 20 minutes! Perfect for a quick and easy mid-week meal.
Rafi’s Balti is a savoury, tangy, tomato-based curry perfect for scooping up with naan bread or chapati.
The name ‘Balti’ originates from the pot that the curry is traditionally cooked in rather than a particular ingredient or method of cooking. Traditionally the recipe is served in its own wok, alongside rice and other accompaniments.
This is Rafi’s version of the popular recipe made famous in the Birmingham ‘curry houses’. For this Curry Pack Rafi was influenced by recipes from Northern India. She would serve recipes like this with chapatis.
Try it with: Prawns or Paneer

Thanks Nick for the 5* review on the Balti Curry Pack, we're happy to hear you enjoyed your first Spice Mix. Because you liked the Balti, we'd recommend that you try the Jalfrezi for another delicious earthy curry 😋
It's my favourite curry. Add chickpeas - absolutely delicious. Fresh flavours and no oil!

Excellent with venison!
Thank you Simon for the excellent 5* review on the Balti Curry Pack.
The balti goes well with prawns but we also love it with chicken. We add tomatoes and a pepper too. A great product although we love all the different Rafis we have tried.
Thank you Sue for the wonderful 5* review on the Balti Curry Pack and for sharing what ingredients you like to add.
No 'tin' or 'ready meal' taste with these curries. The flavour is as good as the best Indian restaurant.
