Kashmiri Roasts Spice Mix
Spice up your Sunday roast or curry night with Rafi’s Kashmiri Roasts.
A simple side recipe with smoky flavours perfect for enhancing the flavours of roasted vegetables.
Rafi’s son, Lee developed this Spice Mix to harness the unique flavourings of the paste that we use in our Kashmiri Curry Pack.
Try it with: potatoes, carrot, or parsnips.

Cooking Instructions
- Peel, boil and drain 1kg potatoes or other root veg.
- Heat 100ml oil in a large roasting tray in the oven at 180C.
- Add the contents of the pack and the veg to the hot oil.
- Season with salt and mix well until the veg is evenly coated.
- Roast for around 45 minutes.
