Korma Curry Pack
Cook Rafi’s version of the Korma at home in less than 30 minutes.
This rich, creamy curry is mixed with aromatic spices and is very different from the Korma you’ll find in a UK Indian restaurant or takeaway.
Rafi’s version of this popular North Indian curry uses creamed coconut to make this recipe rich without the heaviness. Adding coconut was influenced by Rafi’s South Indian style of cooking as this is a common ingredient found in many South Indian recipes.
A twist on a classic curry that the whole family will love.
Try it with: chicken or roast vegetables.

- Empty the pack into a pan and toast the spices on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 300ml water, 1 tin (400g) of chopped tomatoes and 85g creamed coconut. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1kg ingredients of your choice, mix well, cover and simmer on a low heat until cooked.
- Season to taste and garnish with double cream (or yoghurt), coriander leaves and browned almond flakes.

- Stir in 150ml water, 1/2 tin (200g) of chopped tomatoes and 40g creamed coconut. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 500g ingredients of your choice, mix well, cover and simmer on a low heat until cooked.
- Season to taste and garnish with double cream (or yoghurt), coriander leaves and browned almond flakes.
