Cooking Instructions

  1. Empty the spice mix into a saucepan with 500ml of water and 15g of sliced fresh ginger. Cover with a lid, bring to the boil and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add 4 tea bags and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove them. 
  3. Add 400ml of whole milk, bring back to the boil and then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve hot.
