Chai Drinking Spices
Make your own Chai at home using Rafi’s Chai Drinking Spices.
Rafi’s Chai Masala blend contains bundles of aromatic spices, chunks of warming ginger and a lump of jaggery for sweetness. This spiced tea (chai) is made by brewing black tea with spices and milk. Rafi’s version is much more subtle than traditional recipes.
Spiced tea is a staple all across India and is usually served in clay pots called kulhads or Bhar pots. In India, tea is served with some savoury snacks like Bakawardi Swirls for a delicious contrast in flavours.
Serve it with: Bakarwadi Swirls
