Seasoned Pioneers Fajita Seasoning

In Spanish, Fajita translates to ‘thin strip’; as its name suggests, the meat should be cut finely to soak up the flavourful spices. Fajita Seasoning is the perfect ingredient to add to meat and vegetables, before wrapping in heated tortillas to make the iconic finger food.

To use, marinate strips of steak or chicken overnight. For a meat-free alternative, use vegetables such as peppers and red onions. Fry on a high heat and serve with lashings of guacamole, sour cream, a healthy sprinkle of cheese and spicy tomato salsa!
