Onion Seeds have a wonderful peppery and nutty flavour that’s very distinctive.

Also known as Nigella Seeds, this small teardrop-shaped seed is mainly used in Northern India in vegetarian dishes.

They pair particularly well with fish, prawns and paneer dishes. Adds depth to curries; can also be used to flavour breads or salads.
