Tangy Greens Spice Mix
Create a simple stir fry at home with Rafi’s Tangy Greens Spice Mix. As part of a weeknight meal, this recipe is perfect. It can be rustled up in a matter of minutes using any leafy greens.
Fruity, sour flavours from the Amchur (Mango) Powder are complemented by warming, aromatic flavours from Garam Masala.
Rafi’s son, Lee added this recipe to the menu to provide a real contrast in flavours to our other stir fry recipe and something that could be cooked very quickly alongside a main curry.
Serve it with: Tikka Masala or Mulligatanni.

Cooking Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp of sunflower oil in a pan.
- Add 350g of roughly chopped greens such as kale, spinach or mangetout.
- Saute the greens until they are nearly cooked, periodically adding a splash of water to help with the cooking.
- Sprinkle in the powders and mix well, cooking for a further 1 minute.
- Season and serve.
