A delicious veggie burger using Rafi's Kebab Masala.
- Pulse two drained tins of chickpeas together.
- Add an egg, chopped coriander stalks, salt and the Kebab Masala.
- Mix well with your hands until well combined.
- Form into 6 balls and flatten into burger shapes.
- Cook them however you like - they can be grilled, barbecued or fried.
- Serve in a bun with carrot salad.
