Chickpea Burger

A delicious veggie burger using Rafi's Kebab Masala.

Serves: 4-6 | Suitable for vegetarians

Chickpea Burger

Instructions

  1. Pulse two drained tins of chickpeas together.
  2. Add an egg, chopped coriander stalks, salt and the Kebab Masala.
  3. Mix well with your hands until well combined.
  4. Form into 6 balls and flatten into burger shapes.
  5. Cook them however you like - they can be grilled, barbecued or fried.
  6. Serve in a bun with carrot salad.
