Rafi's Chickpea Burgers recipe

Serves: 4 - 6 | Suitable for vegetarians

Introduction

Whether you want to try something different or have some vegetarian guests coming around, these burgers will be the talk of the day. 

This recipe uses our Kebab Masala which has aromatic, citrus and earthy flavours providing a distinctive taste. Serve the chickpea burger with some Carrot Salad

Ingredients

 Serves 4 - 6

Rafi's Kebab Masala
2 x Tinned Chickpeas
1 egg
Fresh Coriander 
Salt to taste 

Instructions 

  1. Pulse two drained tins of chickpeas together.
  2. Add an egg, chopped coriander stalks, salt and the kebab masala.
  3. Mix well with your hands until well combined.
  4. Form into 6 balls and flatten into burger shapes.
  5. Cook them however you like - they can be grilled, barbecued or fried.
  6. Serve in a bun with Carrot Salad.
