Mussels in a Green Thai Broth
Juicy and aromatic, this version of our stunning Thai Green curry is a real winner. The leftover broth also makes a wonderfully warming soup.
- Make up our Thai Green mix in a large pan using 500ml of water and the coconut milk.
- Wash and prepare your mussels then simply steam them in the sauce till they open.
- Garnish with plenty of fresh coriander and lemon juice.
