Cumin Lassi
A savoury alternative to the popular mango lassi

Introduction
This is a savoury alternative to the popular Mango Lassi that is served all over India as a refreshing beverage.
Ingredients
Serves 4 |
1 tsp Cumin Seeds |
500g natural yoghurt |
500g water |
Salt to taste |
Instructions
- Toast the cumin seeds in a small dry pan on a low heat until you can smell the aroma and the colour slightly changes.
- Whisk together the cumin seeds, yoghurt and water. A stick blender
works really well for this. - Pour in to glasses and enjoy!
