Mango Lassi
The most refreshing drink to accompany any Indian meal, and it's extremely easy to make.

Lassi is a lovely cooling drink, and when it is too hot to eat, lassi is often drunk instead of a meal. You can drink it before a meal, or afterwards instead of a pudding! This also makes a lovely breakfast smoothie.
Ingredients
Serves 4 - 6 |
500ml natural set yoghurt |
500ml water |
850g Mango Puree |
Instructions
- Empty the mango and the yoghurt into a 2L jug.
- Top up with water and mix thoroughly.
- Serve chilled.
