Prawn and Pea Balti Curry

175ml water | 300ml water |
2 tsp Tomato Puree | 1 tbsp Tomato Puree |
1/2 tsp brown sugar | 1 tsp brown sugar |
1/2 tsp Cider Vinegar | 1 tsp Cider Vinegar |
350g prawns | 700g prawns |
150g frozen peas | 300g frozen peas |
1/2 red pepper | 1 red pepper |
Coriander to garnish | Coriander to garnish |
Salt to taste | Salt to taste |
Instructions
- Empty your Balti Curry Pack into a pan and toast the spices on a low/medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the water, tomato puree, brown sugar and cider vinegar. Cover with a lid and cook gently on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the prawns and red pepper, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the peas, continuing to cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and the chopped coriander just before serving, enjoy!
