Spiced Roasted Cauliflower
Add a different taste and texture to this classic vegetable.

Introduction
Cauliflower has a nice, subtle flavour which acts as a great foil for spices. Roasting it helps bring out the sweetness and when the edges catch it adds a slight bitterness and a different texture.
Ingredients
Serves 4 |
| 1 cauliflower (broken into florets and cut into similar sizes) |
| 3 tbsp oil |
| 2 tsp Ground Cumin |
| 2 tsp Ground Coriander |
| 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder |
| 1 tsp Turmeric |
| 1 tsp Onion Seeds |
| Salt to taste |
| Lemon wedges |
Instructions
- Mix the cauliflower with the oil and all the spices.
- Lay out on a baking tray and roast in the oven at gas mark 7/225°C for about 25 minutes, until cooked through and browned.
- Season to taste with salt and serve with lemon wedge to squeeze over.
