Tandoori Prawns
A light meal option using Rafi's Tandoori Marinade.

Makes: 4 skewers
Introduction
Serve these prawns as part of a light meal or as an appetiser. Like the Tandoori Chicken, this dish benefits from cooking on a high heat over the BBQ. But under the grill is perfectly good, quick to make and much more practical for the British weather.
Ingredients
Makes 4 skewers |
400g raw king prawns |
2-3 tbsp Rafi's Tandoori Marinade |
2 tbsp oil |
1/2 lime |
Salt |
Instructions
- Place the prawns onto some kitchen paper and dab dry.
- In a bowl add the prawns, oil, Tandoori Marinade, lime juice and season with salt. Mix everything together.
- Carefully thread the prawns onto kebab skewers.
- On a very high heat quicky grill the prawns for about 1-2 minutes, each side until cooked through.
- Squeeze over more lime juice before serving.
