Green Chilli 7-inch Papadums made with care in Gujarat, India. Our premium cook-at-home papadums are light, crunchy and delicious.
Papadums (or Papads) are traditional Indian crackers made from black gram flour. Simply spiced with Asafoetida, they are the perfect accompaniment to any Indian meal, as a snack or alongside Chutneys.

Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Cook individually on full power for30 - 45 seconds, turning halfway through. It is ready when bubbled up and crisp.
Grill: Toast under a grill (medium-hot) for 15 seconds
each side or until bubbled up and lightly golden.
Open Flame: Cook directly on a gas hob or open
flame. Hold with tongues and keep it moving. It will
be ready when bubbled up and lightly charred.
Fry: Heat 250ml of vegetable oil in a large pan
(to approx. 165°C). Carefully slide in a papadum
and cook for 10 seconds or until lightly golden.
