Prawn & Pea Balti
This recipe creates a tasty, tangy dish with savoury spices and sweet juicy prawns.
- Empty your Balti Curry Pack into a pan with the water and tomato puree.
- Cover with a lid and cook gently on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the prawns and red pepper, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the peas and cider vinegar, continuing to cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and the chopped mint just before serving.
