Brussels Sprouts and Ajwain
Use any leftover green vegetables with this simple recipe.

Introduction
This is another incredibly simple side dish which is brilliant to have up your
sleeve when you need to include some vegetables.
Ingredients
Serves 4 |
2 tbsp oil |
1/4 tsp Ajwain Seeds |
2 cloves of garlic |
300g shredded sprouts or other greens |
1/2 tsp Turmeric |
Salt |
Squeeze of lemon |
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a wok, add the ajwain and garlic and fry over a medium heat for 30- 40 seconds.
- Add the sprouts and turmeric then fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Add 2-3 tsp of water and cook until it evaporates.
- Season to taste, and garnish with lemon juice.
