Introduction
A popular Indian street food snack.
Pakora (pakoda, pikora or regionally bhaji or bhajia) is a well-known fried snack food found all across India. (Bhajia is a more common term in Gujarat). Recipes vary depending on region but essentially they are all a combination of a main ingredient (usually vegetable) which is coated/mixed in a spiced gram flour batter and then deep fried.
Rafi's Pakora Spice Mix is a blend of gram flour, savoury spices, including cumin and fenugreek and balanced with aromatic garam masala.
Serve with Rafi's Tamarind Chutney.
