Coriander Chutney
Traditional fresh herb condiment to serve with Indian dishes.

Makes: 1 jar
Introduction
This fresh herb condiment is a traditional accompaniment to a lot of snack foods and
is delicious with all Indian dishes. It can also be stirred through yoghurt to make a
raita, or used as a marinade for prawns.
Ingredients
Makes 1 jar |
1 green chilli |
10g ginger (peeled) |
100g fresh coriander |
10g Desiccated Coconut |
Juice of 1 lemon |
Pinch of salt |
Pinch of sugar |
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender (or use a stick blender) and blitz together with a splash of water until smooth.
- Adjust salt, sugar and lemon juice to taste.
